Order Cancellation
Cancellation is not supported on all orders that have been shipped.
For orders that have not been shipped, you can cancel the order within 48 hours of placing it. Please email info@avaattire.com.

Return
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of the delivery date. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your unworn, unwashed, and unused items for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached).
Items that are final sale or marked as non-returnable (such as sale or clearance items) are not eligible for return.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

How to Return Your Item:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@avaattire.com within 14 days of delivery. Include: Order number, Product details and reason for return, Preference for refund or exchange
Step 2: Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
Step 3: Send the return product to us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@avaattire.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and ensure that your new item is shipped to you as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product: Please contact us at info@avaattire.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include photos/video of the problem. We will cover the return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund.
